Last updated 21 June 2026
This is a placeholder agreement pending legal review. It sets out the terms on which TrustRight provides access to its website and software. Replace the sections below with your reviewed terms before launch.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the TrustRight website or using the TrustRight service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have authority to bind that firm.
The service
TrustRight provides trust account reconciliation, fee from refund automation and audit-ready record keeping for Australian accounting firms. We may update or improve the service over time.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure and accurate.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with your professional obligations.
- Ensure you have authority to connect any third-party systems, such as Xero or DocuSign.
Fees
Fees for paid plans are described at the point of sale. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Australian dollars and exclude GST where applicable.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and supported, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrustRight is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
